We also stock related parts such as water pump sheaves, idler sheave assemblies, and pulleys. But our well-trained machinists can also manufacture replacement parts, using state-of-the-art equipment and decades of experience.

We produce parts from sample parts, your prints, or the stock of standard drawings we’ve accumulated through four decades of experience. We use CNC equipment to guarantee the precise machining of identical parts for production runs of five — or 5,000.

Sprockets and Spur Gears
DISCO manufactures gears, splined parts, and sprockets up to 74 inches in diameter using a vertical turret lathe. We offer starter ring gears in one, two, or three pieces to allow inboard or outboard mounting. We can also manufacture specialty gears, such as a labor-saving split crankshaft gear.
