Our metal spray coatings extend the life of many parts such as compressor pistons, rods, cylinders, connecting rods, crossheads, and pump shafts. We offer tungsten carbide coatings for piston rods, crosshead wrist pins, pump plungers and other parts to offer excellent wear characteristics and keep you up and running.
Metal Spray / HVOF / Tungsten Carbide Coating
We’ve pioneered the metal spray business, having done it since the 1970′s. It started out as spraying pistons, piston rods, and compressor cylinders (in lieu of installing a liner) which we still do today. However, now we do a lot more tungsten coating. Piston rods can be tungsten coated to bring them to unheard of strength. The same goes for pump shafts, wear rings, and all types of industrial plates.
